GENERAL COURSE INFORMATION
Prior to the end of the first renewal period, real estate sales associates in Florida are required to complete an approved 45-hour post-licensing course and pass the end-of-course exam. Upon successful completion of the course, applicants will have satisfied their post-licensing educational requirements for the first renewal period.
The online course is self-contained in terms of course materials and the end-of-course exam. No additional materials are required to complete the course. An internet connection is necessary to access course materials. Only a licensed real estate school may offer this course and certify completion and satisfactory test results to the State of Florida.
